- The staff of Synchrony is responsible
for choosing the music the unit will perform to, writing the drill,
choreographing, and teaching the program to the members. Instructors
will work with members to perfect their marching, movement, and
equipment technique. Staff will be present at all rehearsals and
performances to work with the members.

- Pam Roberts
-
Director/Head Instructor of Synchrony. Pam
has been involved in the marching community since 1990. From 1994 - 2002 she
marched with the MN Brass Sr. Drum & Bugle Corps. Pam originally marched
with the percussion section. In the winter of 1998 she marched with the
Royal Guard winter color guard and continued expanding her knowledge of
color guard in MN Brass seasons 1999 - 2002. Her color guard instructor
resume includes 2 years with the Royal Guard Cadets, 2 years assisting at
Eastview High School, and 2 year of Sibley Marching Band, 1 year of Sibley
Winter Guard, and 4 years Synchrony Winter Guard. She has also assisted
briefly with other organizations with the instructor’s request.

One of the instructors for Synchrony. Lisa
has been involved with the marching community since 1991 where she marched
with the Eden Prairie High School marching band, winter drumline, and winter
color guard programs. She currently marches in the color guard with
Minnesota Brass Incorporated Drum and Bugle Corps, where she has been since
1995. She has a B.A. degree in Music Education and a k-12 Minnesota
Teaching Licensure. She has instructed Sibley High School winter color
guard and the color guard for the Eastview High School marching band. She
has been involved with Synchrony winter color guard since the 2003/2004
season.
